Description
Across the field to the trees where an old truck lay reminiscing about days of old--carting farm equipment, hauling silage, and listening to the voices of grandchildren wanting to grow up too soon. "Come back," the truck said--and it all did that night as the truck dream, covered in a delicious blanket of snow.
This truck belonged to my grandfather and my uncle. It now sits on his farm between fields, abandoned physically, but not forgotten.
