Description
He'd never really taken the time to take a walk alone. So he went to the river and walked. He went to the edge and put one foot in the water and then the other. The sandy bottom massaged his toes and the cool water deliciously lapped his ankles. "I'm here," he thought, amazed, finally feeling his body. "I'm here." And from then on, whenever he felt himself beginning to lose himself, he went to the river alone and put his toes in the water.
