Description
I caught one of the many seagulls flying over all the umbrellas at the beach in this photograph. I could watch them for hours, their antics in the sand or flying over land and water. I played around with a minimalist feel for this image--ever-so-slightly reducing some of the distinctions between clouds and sky--so that the seagull and red umbrella really stood out. I played a bit more by adding a distressed texture.
